Maintaining productivity is a key concern for 74% of warehouse leaders. We asked workers on the shop floor – and the managers supervising them – about the challenges they are seeing and how they think warehouses should improve productivity. Poor layout and space utilization is a top challenge for 43% of the respondents. 42% think inaccurate inventory is a major concern. Fatigue, exhaustion and other medical conditions are a pressing issue for another 42% of the participants of this survey. Its results are required reading for anyone working in this field.
