Charlie Grieco and Nico Pfaff to drive expansion of Industry-Wearable maker in North America and Europe
Munich. ProGlove, specialist for industry wearables, gets serious about its international scaling and brings two seasoned management executives on board to substantiate this quest. Charlie Grieco, Vice President Sales North America, and Nico Pfaff, Vice President Sales Europe, add a total of more than 40 years of sales experience to the industry-wearable maker. Both new hires report to CEO Andreas König.
Charlie Grieco will oversee ProGlove’s North American sales activities. Grieco has more than 20 years of experience and held management positions at AetherPal, SOTI, Dell and other renowned organizations.
Grieco’s European counterpart, Nico Pfaff, joins ProGlove from Matrix42. Pfaff’s professional record includes management positions at Equinix, QuestBack, Verizon and other top notch technology companies. He brings more than 20 years of professional experience to the Munich headquartered organization.
“ProGlove is an American story made in Germany,” said Charlie Grieco, Vice President North America. “It begins with the Intel Make It Wearable Challenge, and I think we can add many American chapters to that plot. Because ProGlove’s technology is all about hyper efficiency, unparalleled quality, and the connected human worker. And these will be precisely the ingredients North American businesses will need to gain and maintain a competitive edge in the Industry 4.0 era.”
“I am looking forward to this opportunity, because industry 4.0 is a pressing requirement for many European organizations,” said Nico Pfaff, Vice President Sales Europe. “ProGlove is extremely well positioned in this environment. From my point of view, ProGlove’s smart wearables represent a technological quantum leap that resembles the change from the frumpy old mobile phone to the modern smartphone. Additionally, ProGlove’s impressive customer list is evidence of our outstanding innovative force.”
“We are taking a giant step forward while maximizing our sales firepower,” said CEO Andreas König. “Industrial wearables will be the ‘next big thing’. And we pursue ambitious goals in this environment because we want to become an industry standard. I’m convinced that Nico and Charlie will make a significant contribution to this objective.”
