What is ProGlove’s business continuity plan?

ProGlove’s operations and processes are well-established and allowing us to serve our customers uninterrupted while protecting our workforce and adhering to local regulations.

Are there any impacts to production schedule?

ProGlove manufacturing capabilites are running uninterrupted and we have not experienced any production schedule impacts. Our distribution channels are stable to the markets we serve, and our procurement strategies have allowed us to maintain planned deployment capacity.

Should I be concerned about receiving adequate support for hardware, implementation, or training?

The ProGlove support and sales teams continue to be available by phone and email.

Should I be concerned about contamination because my order originated in Germany?

There is no evidence of coronavirus transmission on imported goods. In addition, Dr. Nancy Messonier, Director of the CDC’s Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases indicates there is very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or week at ambient temperatures.
